Family Physician in Milton
Santa Maria Medical Center is pleased to have a number of doctors and family physicians in our Milton Clinic.
Dr Rafal Altalib
We are pleased to announce that a new female family doctor will be joining Santa Maria Medical Centre. Dr Rafal Altalib has completed postgraduate studies in Family Medicine followed by a fellowship in Low-risk Obstetrics from the University of Toronto. After graduating from medical school with distinction and honor, she initially specialized in Obstetrics and Gynecology through a 5-year residency program and practiced as a physician at a women and children hospital in Dubai.
Dr Altalib is licensed by the General Medical Council of UK, and became a member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists in the United Kingdom as well as a member of the Royal College of Physician of Ireland. Along with practicing medicine for 20 years, she became a lecturer in OBGYN for 5th-year medical students and tutored at Canada IMG School. She is fluent in both English and Arabic. Dr Altalib is happy to accept walk-ins and roster new patients at her Family Medicine practice.
Dr Karim Youssef
We are delighted to announce that Dr Youssef is joining our team starting Apr 5, 2021
Dr. Youssef has been practicing as a family physician in Canada for the past 5 years.
He graduated from Ain Shams Medical School in Cairo, Egypt in 2008, after which he practiced for 3 years as a General practitioner in Egypt.
Dr. Youssef then moved to Canada, and after a period of studying and volunteer work, he started working as a family physician in PEI then Newfoundland.
He is settled now in Ontario, and he is starting his practice as a family doctor in Santa Maria Medical Centre.
He is fluent in both English and Arabic and he is happy to accept new patients as well as walk-ins.
